SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently only deliver within the UK via Royal Mail within 2-3 working days from your dispatch email (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Talscent does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We sincerely hope that you are more than pleased with your order, however if for any reason your items have arrived and you are dissatisfied, kindly email us at info@talscent.com for us to assist and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Whilst we take extra care to ensure your items are protected with our recyclable packaging during transit, we appreciate rare accidents can occur which may cause damage to your order.

 

In this instance, please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item via info@talscent.com with photographic evidence so we can kindly assist. We cannot refund or replace items that have been used.
